At Al Qāsim Emporium, all orders are handled with care and sincerity. We offer reliable domestic and international shipping through trusted courier services.

🇿🇦 Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • All South African orders are shipped via Courier Guy

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days

  • Free shipping on orders over R800

  • Local pickup available in Middelburg, Mpumalanga (on request)

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries including:
United Kingdom, UAE, Australia, Canada, USA, and others

  • International courier is tracked and manually booked

  • Flat rate: R850

  • Delivery estimate: 7–14 working days

  • Customs delays or duties may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer

🖋 Personalised Orders

If your order includes personalisation (e.g. name-engraved Qur’ān covers, pencil cases, suiters):

  • Please allow an additional 2 working days for preparation

  • Orders with personalisation cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed

  • We do not ship fragrances, Bukhoor, or liquid items internationally at this time
