🛒 Ordering & Products

Q: Are your Qur’ān covers, pencil cases, and suiters personalisable?
Yes! You can add your name (in English) to select items. We offer elegant font options and a R25 personalisation fee per item.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders that include personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted, as we begin processing immediately.

Q: What if I made a mistake with my personalisation?
Please WhatsApp us within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that, changes may not be possible.


🚚 Shipping

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • South Africa: 2–4 working days via Courier Guy

  • International: 7–14 working days (selected countries only)

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free delivery on all South African orders over R800.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries including UAE, UK, USA, Australia, and more — flat rate: R850.


💸 Payments & Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card payments, EFT, and select mobile payment methods (via Shopify Payments).

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — within 7 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.
Personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
