🔁 Our Policy
At Al Qāsim Emporium, every product is packed with utmost care and sincerity. If something isn’t right, we’ll try to make it right.
📦 Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

You will be responsible for return courier costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item sent).
💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days via your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🖋 Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised items (such as name-engraved Qur’ān covers, pencil cases, or suiters):

Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, as production begins immediately.
Please ensure spelling and selections are correct before confirming your order.

We do not accept returns on fragrances, Bukhoor, or spray bottles due to hygiene and packaging sensitivity.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of management after item assessment.
